1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of consultation, medical advice, treatment, and related services provided by Dr. Richa Bansal at Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai. By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, or availing of any medical service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer

  • All consultations and treatments are based on professional medical knowledge and current medical practices.
  • The information shared during consultations is specific to the patient’s case and must not be considered as general medical advice.
  • Patients are advised not to self-medicate or alter prescribed treatments without consultation.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through Apollo Hospitals’ booking system.
  • If you are unable to attend, kindly cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to cancellation charges.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All personal and medical information provided by patients will be kept strictly confidential, in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Records may be used anonymously for academic, training, or research purposes with prior consent.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Consultation and treatment charges are as per Apollo Hospitals’ policies.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of consultation or admission.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except as per hospital policy.

6. Surgical & Treatment Consent

  • Certain treatments and surgeries require explicit informed consent from the patient (or guardian, where applicable).
  • Patients will be explained the risks, benefits, and alternatives before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to provide the highest standard of care, medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Neither Dr. Richa Bansal nor Apollo Hospitals shall be held liable for unforeseen complications, risks inherent to medical procedures, or non-compliance by the patient.

8. Use of Website/Online Consultation (if applicable)

  • Online consultations are meant for preliminary guidance and do not replace in-person clinical evaluation.
  • Technical issues or miscommunication during online consultations are not the responsibility of the doctor.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai.
